My experience extends to all aspects of Project Management including Programming, Cost Control and Contract Management & Administration. I work with Architects, Engineers and other professionals at both design and delivery phases of the project to provide the client with a level of comfort and assurance.

Operating as a sole practitioner I am very hands-on and highly responsive, working closely with the client and project team to find the best solution for effective project delivery. 

My aspiration is to provide a more personal level of service to understand better the needs of the client and project and to ensure continued client satisfaction across the project life-cycle. This approach often leads to repeat business and personal referrals.

The practice is Regulated by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors ensuring that the highest standards for professional ethics and client care are maintained.
